The company was started in earnest in September 2020 by our founder, Sarah McCaffrey, who was previously the training manager at the Production Guild and prior to that an actor.
We have grown rapidly and are now supporting companies worldwide, working internationally with productions in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia, alongside our wider expansion within the UK, encompassing other industries to create a bigger Solas presence across sectors.
If you'd like to learn a bit more about us, it might be helpful to look at our Instagram and Solas Mind’s LinkedIn . We have been quoted in numerous articles including the New York Times, LA Times, Radio Times, Screen Daily, Deadline and The Stage.
We are a company growing rapidly and honing the service based on user feedback as we strive to make it the best it can be.
Simplicity is key. There are many mental health companies out there, created by IT companies, and many others jumping on the ‘well-being bandwagon’. This is not us - we are very much a company created by a psychotherapist and a team of mental health and wellbeing professionals who are committed to helping people and have undergone extensive training and a rigorous interview process.
We focus on providing a personal approach. We strive to maintain this, despite our size to avoid becoming a nameless, faceless corporate.
We are transparent and honest and pride ourselves on going above and beyond.
