We provide professional, bespoke, therapeutic support services to production companies, studios, crew, and creative freelancers. Support can be provided both remotely or in person.
Project consultation services include coaching or counselling support, on-site wellbeing practitioners, mental health risk assessments, wellbeing workshops, Mental Health and Suicide First Aid courses.
All Solas Mind Trainers, Coaches and Therapists are fully qualified and registered specialists.

The company was started in earnest in September 2020 by our founder, Sarah McCaffrey, who was previously the training manager at the Production Guild and prior to that an actor.
We have grown rapidly and are now supporting all the main Studios and Production Companies. We are expanding internationally and working with productions in the US, Canada, Europe and Australia

We are a company growing rapidly and honing the service based on user feedback as we strive to make it the best it can be.
Simplicity is key. There are many mental health companies out there, created by IT companies, and many others jumping on the ‘well-being bandwagon’. This is not us - we are very much a company created by a psychotherapist and a team of mental health professionals who are committed to helping people and have undergone extensive training. Mental health support is their career.
We focus on providing a personal approach. We strive to maintain this despite our size to avoid becoming a nameless, faceless corporate.
